Mandi Evans began her career in title in 1985 as a policy clerk with Red Rose Abstract in Lancaster, PA while working her way through college. Upon completion of her years at Millersville University studying economics and business management, Mandi continued at Red Rose Abstract as a processing clerk. 

She then went on to work in various positions with the Pinnacle Group in Lancaster, PA. Beginning as the closing supervisor, she went on to get her Title Insurance license in 1992 and went back to the title insurance side of the business, completing her years at Pinnacle as Vice President of Title Operations. 

In 1994 Mandi moved on to management at Associates Realty Transfer, Inc. where she remained as President until 2011 when she joined forces with Bryan Stahl at what was then Victory Settlement Services, LLC.  

Outside of her professional endeavors, she spent several years raising funds for the American Cancer Society, and National Wild Turkey Federation.  

A life-long resident of Lancaster County, PA. Mandi has been married for over 30 years to her husband Steve and has 2 beautiful daughters.  

In recent years, her private time is spent mostly spoiling her two grandchildren and spending time with her family. 

Becky joined Deed-It Land Transfer in 2019 as a Settlement Coordinator.

Prior to Deed-It Land Transfer, she worked over 10 years in various positions in the commercial and residential real estate industry. Her value to our clients is shown through her ability to be highly detail oriented, adaptable to various situations and provides exceptional customer service.

Becky is a 2007 graduate of Bloomsburg University. She originally grew up in the Reading, PA area and now resides in Lititz, PA.

When she is not holding settlements, Becky enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

My name is Mackenzie and I’m currently a student at Central Penn College working towards my Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree. I have lived in Lititz all my life and graduated from Reach Cyber Charter School in 2020. I enjoy all things nature and animals, and love spending time with my family and bulldog, Maverick.
